Hi, I am Dr. Carolyn J Leigh, Founder/CEO of WLA. I am a Certified John Maxwell Team Coach, Speaker, Teacher & Trainer.

Mission: Is to produce, empower, and equip the next generation of Marketplace Leadership that will influence the world for the Kingdom of God. Our leaders will be that beckon of light that will illuminate in the workforce and ignite peace, joy, hope, strength, and purpose; increase productivity, restore management and employee relationship, and employees morale improves.

The Word of God says, “the Harvest is plentiful but the labors are few.”

Vision: Is to be known as an didactic academy presently and in the future for irradiated Servant Leaders that exemplify Godly characteristics, integrity, values, morals, ethics, and culturally diverse. Wisdom Academy is not about man interpretation; it’s about God downloading His Revelation into the heart of His Servants.

Wisdom Leadership Academy 2022 Spring Six Weeks Session we want to reach and teach new emerging leaders who yearn to fulfill the intel of God’s Word. These are the men and women we are seeking to connect with, collaborate with, and partner with for the Kingdom of God assignment in the earth realm.

What are the 7 dimensions of God’s anointing? What are the 7 Spheres of Influence? Which area am I assigned to? What influence have I formulated in my sphere? If you are unable to answer the questions then It’s time to seek God’s agenda.
