Voice Of Thunder Outreach Ministry, Inc. (VOTOM) is a Tennessee-based 501(c)3 non-profit organization dedicated to holistic community restoration. As a faith-based outreach, our mission is built on the principle of transformative service. Guided by the mandate to “serve rather than be served” (Matthew 20:28), VOTOM is committed to the well-being of the whole person—striving to see individuals healed, empowered, and equipped to achieve self-sufficiency.

Founded in 2010 by Dr. CJ Leigh, VOTOM began as a family-led initiative focused on community upliftment. Our name, Voice Of Thunder, reflects our commitment to being a resonant force for change—sounding a call for restoration and purpose in our city. Through financial assistance programs, life-skills guidance, and empowerment workshops, we are making a tangible, positive mark on the world.
